EASY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
7 or 8 chicken breasts
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick butter
1 inner pkg. Ritz crackers

Boil chicken until done. Cool, debone, and tear meat into bite size pieces. Stir in sour cream, soup, and salt; mix well. Pour into buttered 2 quart casserole dish. Melt butter. Crush crackers into crumbs and toss with the melted butter. Sprinkle on top of chicken. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 25 minutes or until browned.
