GREEN PEA SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) can green peas
2 hard-boiled eggs
1 sm. onion
1/4 c. diced celery
1/4 c. pickle relish (sweet)
2 tsp. mayonnaise
Salt & pepper to taste

Drain liquid from green peas. Add green peas to large mixing bowl. Combine diced onions, celery, pickle relish and chopped boiled eggs. Add mayonnaise and salt and pepper to taste. Add peas. Chill and serve.
