SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE 
2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 #2 1/2 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 qt. fresh bread crumbs
3 eggs
2 tbsp. milk

Cream sugar and butter until fluffy; add beaten eggs. Fold in pineapple and bread. Sprinkle with milk. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
