CRANBERRY SALAD 
2 small pkg. cherry Jell-O
1 c. sugar
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple (with juice)
1 whole orange, chopped fine
1 c. hot water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. ground raw cranberries
1/2 c. pecans

Dissolve Jell-O in water. Add sugar, lemon and pineapple juice. Stir to dissolve. Chill until partially set. Add remaining ingredients; chill until firm.

Serves 15 to 20 people.
