CONGEALED CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 pkg. cherry Jell-O
1 c. hot water
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 c. crushed pineapple (juice and all)
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 pkg. Knox gelatine
1 c. sugar
1 c. ground fresh cranberries
1 c. chopped celery

Dissolve Jell-O and sugar in hot water. Dissolve Knox gelatine in 1 or 2 tablespoons of cold water. Mix all ingredients and chill in a 9 x 13 dish.
