SWEET & SOUR COLE SLAW 
4-5 lbs. cabbage, grated
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. green pepper
1 c. celery
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. dry mustard or 1/2 tsp. reg. mustard

Mix all together; set in refrigerator. Mix every now and again. Better if made ahead. Can also be frozen and used later. Very good.
