TRUFFLE EGGS 
1/4 c. yogurt cheese or cream cheese
1/4 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 c. ground nuts
Chocolate sprinkles

Put yogurt cheese in a bowl and beat to soften. Sift the powdered sugar into the bowl with the cocoa. Stir in the ground nuts and mix into a stiff paste. Chill for 30 minutes. Shake the sprinkles onto a plate. Shape marble-sized pieces of the mixture into little eggs and roll in the sprinkles. Makes about 30.

Place each egg in a paper case and refrigerate. Great for youth to fix.
