5 c. cut up rhubarb
1/4 c. water
5 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) box strawberry gelatin

Wash and cut up rhubarb. Add sugar and water; bring to a boil. Stir in gelatin and remove from fire. Let almost cool. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
