SUPPER SANDWICH 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 c. chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Brown beef until done. Remove from skillet and cook onions until tender. Mix together egg, sour cream, spices, and beef. Fit half of dough into a 9x9 greased dish. Top with beef mixture, then onions, then cheese. Fit other half of dough on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
