SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 c. mashed potatoes
1/2 c. milk
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 stick butter
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

TOPPING:

3/4 c. frosted corn flakes
1/2 c. nuts
3/4 stick butter
1/2 c. dark brown sugar

Mix above ingredients together. Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. While this is baking, prepare the topping. Melt butter and combine other ingredients. Spread on potato dish. Bake again in oven for 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Dish may be prepared a day before and then before serving, prepare topping and bake at this time the additional 10 minutes.
