2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 lg. jar dried chipped beef
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. horseradish sauce

Let cheese get room temperature. Mix well. Roll into ball and then into chopped pecans. Decorate with fresh parsley and cherry tomatoes.
