YUM YUM SALAD 
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
Juice from lemon
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. whipped cream
2/3 c. shredded Velveeta cheese

Dissolve gelatin in cold water; set aside. Combine pineapple, lemon juice, and sugar in saucepan. Heat until sugar is dissolved. Add gelatin. Refrigerate until partially set. Blend in whipped cream and Velveeta cheese; let set.
