WILD CHINESE RICE 
1 (6 oz.) box UNCLE BEN'S® long grain or wild rice
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can mushroom soup
1 1/4 c. water
1 (16 oz.) can Chinese vegetables, drained
6 lean pork chops

Mix contents of box of rice, soup and water in 2 quart casserole. Add Chinese vegetables. Arrange pork chops on top. Sprinkle with black pepper. Bake 1 hour 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with Chinese noodles and soy sauce. Serves 5-6.

Veal chops or chicken can be used.
