CRANBERRY RAISIN LOAF 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. coarsely chopped cranberries
1 c. seedless raisins
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 tbsp. baking powder
2 tsp. grated orange rind
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
3/4 c. orange juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Grease and flour 9" loaf pan. Mix first eight ingredients. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Add dry ingredients, stir until moistened. Spoon into pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes, remove and cool.
