BLONDIES 
6 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. packed light brown sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. coarsely chopped nuts
10 oz. pkg. chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease square 9 inch pan. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg, milk, and vanilla; beat well. Combine dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Stir in nuts and chips. Spread in pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cut into bars. Serve with ice cream and caramel.
