BLUEBERRY COFFEE CAKE 
1/4 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 - 2 1/2 c. berries, frozen

Cream shortening, sugar, eggs. Sift in dry ingredients. Gradually add milk and vanilla. Mix in frozen berries. Pour into greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Cover with topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
