PEANUT BUTTER BUCKEYES | |
3 lbs. powdered sugar 1 lb. butter, melted 2 lbs. peanut butter, chunky 1 1/2 c. graham crackers, crushed finely 2 lg. pkgs. chocolate chips 2/3 slab paraffin wax Put powdered sugar, peanut butter, and graham crackers in large container. Pour melted butter over ingredients and mix well. Roll into balls the size of walnut. Put on cookie sheet and chill for 1 hour. Melt chocolate chips and wax in double boiler. Dip balls in melted chocolate. Place back on cookie sheet and chill before packing in cookie tins. Makes 200 balls. Can be kept in refrigerator for months. |
