1 cup peanut butter (your choice)
1 (1 lb.) box confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate
1/2-inch food-grade paraffin (I use Gulf Wax)

Mix peanut butter, confectioners' sugar and butter. Roll into small bite-size balls. Melt chocolate and paraffin and dip balls into melted mixture. Use rounded toothpicks. Cover all but top to give buckeye effect.
