QUICK PIZZA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (14 oz.) jar pizza sauce
1-2 c. Mozzarella or cheddar cheese, shredded; according to taste
3/4 c. biscuit mix
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs

Cook ground beef until brown, stirring to crumbly. Drain off grease. Spoon beef into 8 inch square baking dish. Top with pizza sauce and cheese. Combine biscuit mix, milk, and eggs. Pour mixture over casserole, covering evenly. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes. You can also add some diced onions if you like.
