CHINESE SALAD 
3 types leaf lettuce (green leaf, romaine, red leaf)
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can Chinese noodles
1 can cashews halves
Toasted sesame seeds

DRESSING:

1 c. oil
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. Accent
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all dressing ingredients. Tear lettuce into bite-size pieces. Add water chestnuts, Chinese noodles, cashews and sesame seeds. Toss with dressing.

To toast sesame seeds: Pour seeds onto a cookie sheet. Toast in oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
