BOURBON BALLS 
2 1/2 c. vanilla wafers, finely crushed
1 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. walnuts, chopped fine
3 tbsp. corn syrup
1/4 c. bourbon
White sugar

Mix together vanilla wafers, powdered sugar, cocoa and walnuts. Add corn syrup and bourbon; mix well. Roll in walnut size balls and roll each ball in sugar.

Store in tightly covered container. These should be made at least a week before using.
