3 1/4 sticks butter
2 c. peanut butter
2 tsp. vanilla
6 tsp. cocoa
2 lb. bag confectioners' sugar

Put all ingredients except confectioners' sugar in heavy pot. Melt on low heat, until dissolved and smooth. Take off heat. Stir in 2 pound bag confectioners' sugar mix very well. Pat into long cake pan. Let set and cut.
