QUICK HOLIDAY CHOCOLATE FUDGE | |
1 (8 oz.) box Velveeta cheese 2 (1 lb.) box 4x sugar 1/2 c. cocoa 1 3/4 stick butter 1 c. crunch peanut butter 3 tsp. vanilla flavoring 1 c. (no more) finely chopped nuts Melt butter and cheese in double boiler or low heat in a heavy saucepan. While this is melting, mix sugar and cocoa. Add peanut butter to melted cheese mixture and blend. Add sugar and cocoa, vanilla and nuts. Mix well. Spread in a 10 x 14 inch pan which has been greased or sprayed with no stick product. Allow several hours to set. Cut into squares and store in well sealed container. Yields about 3 pounds. |
