Great recipe. I substituted the salt with seasoned salt and it was awesome. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

I am confused as to the positive reviews. I gave it two stars instead of one because it was easy. It was really doughy and tasted nothing like a pizza crust, just cooked flour. I used the same recipe when I was growing up to make Playdough, and the flavor was exactly as you can imagine.

I've been using this recipe for months and honestly find it to make the best pizza dough I've ever made. Thanks a whole lot for posting this!

I just used this recipe tonight to make pizza and I have to say this is way better than buying the store made dough!! I added some Italian seasoning, garlic, and Parmesan cheese to the dough mixture and it was out of this world!!

Wife had a pizza craving and I didn't feel like shoveling the snow for the delivery guy. Found this recipe and in about 20 minutes we had a fresh muenster and mushroom pizza. My dough came out a little dense, but I blame the chef not the recipe :)

I don't think I'll be calling the pizza guy any time soon. Thank you!

This was a good base for the dough, I had no yeast, but this did the job perfect. I did add some sugar to it, though, but that's my personal preference. And of course I used seasonings. But overall this is a helpful recipe, and I'll use it once again.

Okay, since I'm always looking for ways to eliminate carbs, I modified this to 1 cup almond flour, 1 cup coconut flour, 1/2 cup all-purpose flour. Instead of just "oil", I used White Truffle Olive oil.

The crust came out excellent! The aroma, and flavor is amazing.

Now, the assembled pizzas are in the oven and I cannot wait.

Thanks, Terry!

I just put my pizza in the oven- the dough tasted great! I'm very exited to prove that this pizza dough WILL work. I put baking soda instead of power (and added salt) and I'm really hoping that it wont be too salty. Thanks for the recipe!!

Decent. Edible. Reminds me of the packaged crust mix you can buy. I would bake the crust alone for 5 minutes before adding toppings next time. Otherwise, I stuck to the recipe. Quick and easy. May make again if in a bind, out of yeast, etc.

This is an excellent substitute for a yeast dough if you find yourself without yeast! While of course it does not have the elasticity of a yeast bread, I used this recipe for garlic knots and they came out great.
