PEAR PIE 
Pears, drained
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. melted butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Unbaked pie crust for top & bottom

Make pie crust and line/or fill with fresh or canned pears. Cook the rest of ingredients over stove top until the sugar is dissolved. Now pour over pears in lined pie pan. Dot with butter and add top pie crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Let pie "set" before cutting. Serves 6-8.
