FRENCH PEAR PIE 
Unbaked 9" pie shell
5 lg. Barlett pears
3 tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/3 c. butter

Peel, core and slice pear thinly. Toss lightly with undiluted orange juice concentrated and lemon peel. Arrange in pie shell. Mix together remaining ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over pears being careful to cover all. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
