CHICKEN BAKE 
3 chicken breast
1 pkg. stuffing mix
2 cans chicken gravy

Boil chicken and remove from bone. Cut into bite-size pieces. Make stuffing according to package. Add celery, onion, and poultry seasoning to your taste.

In oven-proof bowl, layer half of stuffing, then chicken that has been mixed with 1/2 can of gravy. Top with the rest of stuffing, spread remaining gravy on last. Bake until hot, at 350 degrees for 1 hour or less. Serve with mashed potatoes, gravy, and cranberry sauce.
