TOMATO AND SOUR CREAM DIP 
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1 can tomato soup
1 c. heavy sour cream
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. chopped onions
1/4 tsp. Accent
Sugar, optional
1 tsp. lemon juice, optional

Melt butter in frying pan. Add flour and cook until mixture is bubbling. Add the tomato soup; stir and cook mixture until boiling. Cool and then add all remaining ingredients. Add a few grains of sugar and lemon juice, if desired.
