CARROT MELODY 
Fresh peeled baby carrots or canned or frozen baby carrots, cooked
1 (8 to 10 oz.) carton fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. diced onion
1 c. green pepper
1/2 c. butter

Saute mushrooms, onion, green pepper in butter until tender. Mix together with cooked carrots. Serve hot.
