NIGHT OWL SWEET ROLLS 
1 c. pecan pieces
30 oz. pkg. frozen white dinner rolls (unthawed)
2/3 c. brown sugar
3 5/8 oz. pkg. butterscotch pudding (not instant)
1/3 c. butter (in sm. pieces)

Spread nuts in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Arrange rolls over nuts. Sprinkle with sugar, pudding and butter. Cover with wrap and thaw overnight in refrigerator.

In morning let rise at room temperature until doubled (about 1 1/2 hours). Uncover and bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes or until brown. Allow to cool, 2-3 minutes before removing from pan. Turn out onto a wire rack or waxed paper.
