ALINE'S HOT CHICKEN SALAD | |
3 1/2 lb. chicken, cooked, boned & diced 1 c. slivered almonds 1 tbsp. minced onion 2 c. chopped celery 4 chopped hard boiled eggs 1 c. mayo 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 tsp. curry powder 1 med. bag potato chips, crushed (less than 1 lb.) Combine all ingredients except chips. Press into shallow pan and bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Add chips during the last 15 minutes. Serves 10. |
