PUMPKIN BARS 
4 eggs
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 c. oil or applesauce
1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Mix above ingredients. Pour into a 9x13-inch greased pan. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Frost and cool before serving.

Frosting:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat cream cheese, butter, sugar and vanilla together until creamy.
