POTATO - BACON - ONION BAKE | |
3 c. cooked, cubed potatoes 1/2 c. thinly sliced onion 1/2 c. milk 6 slices bacon, cooked & chopped Salt & pepper to taste Lightly grease baking dish. Place half of potatoes in bottom of dish. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with bacon and onion. Top with remaining potatoes. Pour milk over the top. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake 15 minutes longer. Yield: 6 servings. Each serving is one bread and one fat exchange. |
