3 c. bread crumbs
3 eggs
Butter to taste
1 chicken
Dash of salt
Enough broth to soften mixture
Sausage seasoning (optional)

Boil the chicken until tender; put chicken on a pan, and pour the dressing over it. Put in oven and cook until the dressing is done.

NOTE: This is the dressing recipe that my Grandmother Lewis (Ada) made for her family. Until this day, when we all get together, someone mentions it.
