MAJARETE 
5 c. milk
1 c. rice meal
3 thin cinnamon sticks
2 tbsp. vegetable shortening or butter
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. orange blossom water

B:
Ground cinnamon

1. In a saucepan, mix ingredients included in A and stir constantly, with a wooden spoon over medium-high heat until boiling.

2. Immediately reduce heat to moderate and continue stirring for 2 minutes.

3. Remove from heat. Discard cinnamon sticks and spoon mixture into individual small deep plates.

4. Dust lightly with ground cinnamon, and allow to cool.
