MANDARIN SALAD 
2 sm. or 1 lg. box orange or lemon Jello (may use sugar free)
2 sm. can mandarin oranges, reserve 1 cup juice
4 med. bananas, sliced
3 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 egg
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar

Prepare Jello according to package directions and pour into 9 x 13 pan. Chill until slightly thickened. Stir in oranges and bananas. Top with marshmallows. Chill until firm. Cook together 1 cup reserved juice, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon flour and 1/2 cup sugar until thickened. Cool. Beat cooked ingredients into Cool Whip. Spread over Jello and top with Parmesan cheese. Chill.
