ITALIAN STEAK ROLL/BRASCIOLI 
1 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. parsley
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 or 2 raw eggs, whipped with 1 tbsp. water
Round steak, tenderized

Mix all ingredients except meat. Pound round steak to about 3/8 inch thickness. Cut in strips. Spread stuffing (thin) on meat. Roll meat and tie with string. Brown meat. After browning, simmer meat in favorite tomato or spaghetti sauce for 1 to 2 hours.
