ITALIAN BEEF STEW 
1 (30 oz.) jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
2 lbs. stew beef, cubed
5 carrots
1/2 c. water
6 med. potatoes
1 lg. onion
1 beef bouillon cube

Brown stew beef. Add sauce and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer one hour. Cut potatoes, onion and carrots into quarters. Dissolve beef bouillon cube in the 1/2 cup water; add this and vegetables to the stew. Cover and simmer approximately 45 minutes more. Can also put all ingredients into a crockpot and cook all day on low. Serves 6.
