CHINESE CABBAGE SALAD 
1 lg. head Chinese cabbage, shredded
6 green onions
1 med. bell pepper
3 tbsp. butter
2 pkgs. chicken Top Ramen soup mix, crumbled
3/4 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. sesame seed

DRESSING:

2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. rice wine vinegar
1 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt

Toast soup mix, almonds, and sesame in butter in skillet. Save chicken flavor packet until last minute. Do not mix ingredients until ready to eat.
