MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
1 c. corn meal, hot rise
1 c. self rising flour
1/2 c. cream style corn
1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. Longhorn Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. oil
1 c. sweet milk
1 green pepper and 1 hot pepper, chopped fine

Mix in order listed and bake as regular cornbread.
