3/4 c. black beans
1 lb. beef stew
1/4 c. bacon grease
1/4 c. onion
1/4 c. green peppers
1/2 c. diced green chilies
3 tbsp. tomato paste
4 beef bouillon
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1 c. Monterey Jack OR cheddar

Cook in crockpot for 6 hours.
