CHICKEN SUPREME 
4 chicken breasts, cooked and bones removed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
3 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1/4 lb. butter

Cut into pieces, place in an 8x8 inch baking dish. Pour chicken soup mixed with sour cream over chicken. Melt butter, break crackers and mix with melted shortening. Put on top of chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
