CHICKEN AND RICE 
6-8 chicken legs (or 4 breasts)
1 1/2 c. rice (uncooked rice)
1 can mushroom soup
3/4 can water
1/2 c. milk
1 packet Lipton onion soup mix

Cook rice according to directions. Mix soup, water, milk and onion soup mix. Butter the bottom of pan. Place mixture in pan. Place chicken on top, skin side down. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Turn chicken skin side up and bake for another 15 minutes or until brown.
