PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
4 pork chops, browned
6 tbsp. uncooked rice
1 can beef broth
4 slices tomato
4 slices onion
4 bell pepper rings

In a 1 1/2 quart flat casserole dish, spread rice. Put browned pork chops on top. On each chop, place a pepper ring, tomato slice, and onion slice. Pour broth over all. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. May be prepared in electric skillet with broth added as needed until rice is done.
