QUICK BEER STEW 
1 1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 onions, sliced
Garlic salt, to taste
1 (12 oz.) can beer
4 lbs. beef stew meat, cubed
Salt & pepper to taste

Combine catsup, beer, and brown sugar; mix well. Place meat and onion in casserole. Season with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Pour catsup mixture over meat. Bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours. Serves 8.
