CHOCOLATE ECLAIR CAKE 
2 boxes French vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz. or 12 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 box graham crackers
1 can chocolate icing
Milk

Mix pudding with milk according to directions on box. Add Cool Whip to this and blend. Line bottom of 9 x 13 inch dish with graham crackers. Pour half of pudding mixture over this. Put another layer of graham crackers on top and then add the rest of pudding. Spread chocolate icing on graham crackers and lay on top of pudding. Use extra icing to smooth out the icing on top.
