MAXINE'S COCONUT CAKE 
1 white cake mix (or make your own batter)
1 can Eagle Brand milk
7 1/2 oz. cream of coconut liquor
1 sm. Cool Whip
Shredded coconut

Mix according to directions and bake. Poke holes in top. Mix milk and coconut liquor. Pour over cake and let cool. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle on shredded coconut.
