CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
4 chicken breasts, skinned, boned and pounded flat
4 slices ham
4 slices Swiss cheese
1 can golden mushroom soup
1/4 c. sweet wine

On each chicken piece, place ham, then cheese. Roll up and skewer with toothpick. Place in microwave dish. Pour mushroom soup and wine that was first mixed together over chicken. Cover with Saran Wrap and place in microwave for 12 minutes. This is good with rice.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
