EASY CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
6-8 halved chicken breasts, boned and skinned
1 pkg. or 1 can mushrooms
1/2 stick butter
3-4 slices boiled ham
3-4 slices Swiss cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can milk

Saute mushrooms in butter. Pound chicken breasts flat about 1/4 inch thick. Lay chicken in 9x13 inch pan. Place 1/2 slice ham over each breast. Place 1/2 slice cheese over ham. Mix the 2 cans of soup and 1 can of milk, and pour this mixture over the chicken. Top with browned mushrooms and butter. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
