BEEF AND POTATO SKILLET | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 med. onion, chopped 1 can Campbell's Cheddar cheese soup 1/3 c. water 1 can (16 oz.) whole potatoes, drained and sliced In skillet, brown beef and cook onion until tender. Stir to separate meat; pour off fat. Stir in soup, water; add potatoes. Heat; stir often. Makes 4 cups. |
